多弹簧和单弹簧机械密封制造的区别

按补偿机构中弹簧的数量可分为多弹簧和单弹簧机械密封。补偿机构中有多个弹黉的密封称为多弹簧机械密封;补偿机构中只要一个弹簧的机械密封称为单弹簧机械密封,多弹簧机械密封又称小弹簧机械密封,这种构造轴向尺寸较小,可用改动弹簧数量的办法改动弹性力,轴向力较平均,适用于高速机械密封,但在腐蚀性介质中不宜采用。单弹簧机械密封又称大弹簧机械密封,密封构造较为简单。有的密封方式还用弹簧传送转矩。国产密封应用大弹簧较多,但不能用于高速。

Large springs are widely used in domestic seals, but they can not be used for high speed.
