什么样的生产技术才能做出弹簧的触指标准?

斜圈弹簧是圆形饶线的弹簧,其饶线线圈是椭圆的,倾斜的,当遭到紧缩时,每个线圈将产生单独变形,无论线圈的哪一局部产生变形,整个弹簧都将停止反响,从而完成在每个接触点上的负载分歧.

Because of the particularity of spring finger structure, the stiffness test of ordinary spring is transformed into the test of pull-out force (or stress-strain) of spring finger. After discussing the contact system, three testing plans are proposed as follows:
1.将弹簧触指从焊接点断开,一端固定,另一端与测力计相连,对测力计施加不同的力,记载每种力状况下弹簧伸长量,作出应力-应变曲线,进而选定契合我们产品的弹簧触指;
1. Disconnect the spring finger from the welding point, fix one end and connect the other end with the dynamometer, exert different forces on the dynamometer, record the spring elongation under each force condition, make the stress-strain curve, and then select the most suitable spring finger for our products;
2.模仿弹簧触指的工作状态,设计一套胎具,如下图,在模仿导体的轴上施加力F,使轴降落同样高度H,不同刚度的触头,需求的力是不同的,从当选出合适我们公司的产品;
2. Imitate the working state of spring finger, design a set of moulds, as follows, apply force F on the axis of imitated conductor, make the axis descend to the same height H, different stiffness contacts, demand force is different, from the selected products of our company;
3.在2匝或3匝上加力,同时记载尺寸H的变化,能够得到一系列的力及对应的H,依据丈量结果选出合适我们公司的产品。
