弹簧机根据轴数不同使用不同

①三轴:采用单独一个伺服电机控制送线;八个凸轮由一个伺服电机驱动控制,需要人工调整凸轮相位。调试相对复杂,生产效率相对较高;每只折角刀只能成型一个平面内的折角,成形功能相对受限;卷圆需要机械方式来调整预紧力。
