万能弹簧机械具备的特点介绍

1、可扩展的卷曲功能。卷曲可以装在任意刀架上,曲臂运转加工不到位的弹簧,均可以由卷曲来加工完成。有时为了加工一些较为复杂的异形簧,可扩展增加一个或一个以上卷曲来完成高难度、多角度且空间大的产品加工。
1. Extensible crimping function. The crimping can be installed on any tool holder, and the springs which are not machined in place by the crank arm can be machined by the crimping. Sometimes, in order to process some complex special-shaped springs, one or more crimps can be extended to complete the processing of products with high difficulty, multi-angle and large space.
2、可配带液压剪刀功能。若想用现有的弹簧机型来加工线径范围内的大线径产品而又不损害机器,可直接考虑配套液压剪刀,切断速度快,噪音小。

5、增强的转线功能。在调试机器的过程中,转线可以实现360度的旋转,配合凸轮的360度旋转一圈,可以在任意凸轮位置下刀,为调机人员提供较大的便利。转线传动采用齿轮,可720任意旋转,不用担心电机电线会断裂现象,且比传统同步皮带耐用,不会因为用一段时间而产生齿轮间隙,可达长时间精确运转,更利于保养。

With 360 degrees rotation of the cam, the knife can be laid at any cam position, which provides greater convenience for the dispatcher. Rotary transmission adopts gears, which can rotate 720 arbitrarily. It does not need to worry about the breakage of motor wires, and is more durable than traditional synchronous belt. It does not produce gear clearance for a period of time. It can run accurately for a long time and is more conducive to maintenance.
6、一体化技术应用。机身凸轮、送线和转线都采用减速机和电机一体化传动控制(日本技术),干净卫生且环保、噪音小、精度高且经久耐用;电箱一体化,不再像传统方式将电箱和机体分离,简洁大方,节省空间。

8、先进而稳定的系统控制技术。采用台湾电脑程序控制和日本工业伺服电机系统,通过可编程输入的CNC程式码,分别对各项传动轴做同步控制和异步操作,可24小进精确运转生产。

Using Taiwan computer program control and Japanese industrial servo motor system, through programmable CNC code input, synchronous control and asynchronous operation of each drive shaft are respectively carried out, which can run in 24 small steps and accurately.
