数控弹簧机电镀出现的问题及解决方法

1、弹簧镀后直径超差。
1. Excess diameter of spring after plating.
缘由:待镀弹簧线经超差;电镀时弹簧外表上锌量不平均。
Cause: Spring wire to be plated is out of tolerance; the zinc content on spring surface is uneven during electroplating.
处理办法:看待镀弹簧停止镀前检查,发现超差线及时处置;控制好电镀弹簧的上锌量
Solution: Look at the inspection before plating spring stops, find out the overrun line and dispose in time, control the zinc content of plating spring.
2、外表锌层在合绳、捻股时有掉皮现象;
2. There is peeling phenomenon in the outer zinc layer when the composite rope and the strand are twisted.
缘由:弹簧在电镀前清洗不洁净,形成锌与钢基外表分离力差;镀锌弹簧在电镀时,堆积速度太快,锌层外表粗糙,不致密;预变形器运用不合理,形成刮锌。

处理锌层零落的办法:增加电解酸洗、电解碱洗的溶液浓度或增加电解酸洗、电解碱洗的电流;电镀时,弹簧进入电镀槽后,采用屡次电镀,首先运用小电流密度停止电镀,然后采用大电流密度停止电镀;在合绳、捻股时,应选择合理的预变形安装,减少镀锌钢丝的刮锌。

4、外表镀层中有黑色印迹;

缘由:化学酸洗后弹簧外表冲洗不洁净;阴极枪枪头与弹簧外表接触不良,枪头头部有黑色氧化物粘在五金弹簧上,在电镀锌时被锌原子掩盖。

处理锌层有黑印的办法:化学酸洗将弹簧外表冲洗洁净;将弹簧外表及阴极枪枪头清算洁净。
