物理精度请求包括静均衡、重量、紧固力、噪声、摩擦性、动均衡、转速、密封性、振动、温升等,弹簧实验机 这些会依照机器的种类类型和用处所需求的内容各不相同。

装配中的几何包括配合水平、间隙、互相位置、接触质量、相对运动精度、摩擦等,满足这些请求不由需求良好的装配技术也需求高精度的零部件配合。弹簧机装配中的互相位置精度会直接影响到零部件之间的垂直度、平行度、同轴度以及各种跳动、摩擦等水平。
Geometry in assembly includes coordination level, clearance, mutual position, contact quality, relative motion accuracy, friction and so on. To meet these requirements, not only good assembly technology but also high precision parts and components are needed. The accuracy of mutual position in spring machine assembly will directly affect the verticality, parallelism, coaxiality and various runout and friction levels between components.

1.清洗
1. Cleaning
弹簧机
目的是去除零部件外表或内部的油污和机械杂质,打圈机常见的根本清洗办法有擦洗、浸洗、喷洗和超声波清洗等,清洗工艺办法的选择依据工件的清洗请求、工件资料、批量、油污和机械杂质的性质及粘附状况等要素来肯定,不同的材质会起到不同的清洗效果,有效的清洗对进步弹簧机的装配质量、延长弹簧机的运用寿命具有重要意义,特别是轴承、密封件、精细零件、光滑系统等关键部件尤为重要。
The purpose is to remove the oil contamination and mechanical impurities on the outside or inside of the parts. The common basic cleaning methods of the ring beater are scrubbing, soaking, spraying and ultrasonic cleaning. The selection of cleaning process methods is confirmed by the cleaning requirements of the workpiece, workpiece information, batch size, the nature of oil contamination and mechanical impurities and the adhesion condition. Different materials will have different cleaning effects. Effective cleaning is of great significance to improve the assembly quality of spring machines and prolong the service life of spring machines, especially the key components such as bearings, seals, fine parts and smooth systems.

弹簧机装配会有很多衔接,部件电器部件的衔接,更有零部件与零部件之间的衔接,主要能够分为可拆卸联接和不可拆卸联接两种:

A.可拆卸联接互相联接的零、部件时不损坏任何零件,拆卸后还能够重新联接。常见的可拆卸衔接有螺纹衔接、键联接及销钉联接。
