数控弹簧机校线应该注意哪些操作事项?

第一步,弹簧机调线过程中的直线座操作。
The first step is the operation of the straight-line seat in the alignment process of the spring machine.
直线座是弹簧机校线的主要构件,我们经过对直线座停止操作来完成校线工作。比方:①分别放松前、后直线调整座之直线培林调整螺丝。②将线材从线架拉出,穿过刮板孔,并分别导入前、后直线座上直线培林的凹槽中。③适度地旋上直线培林的调整螺丝。④用手轻送线材至送线单元上后导线板座,并停止检查与调整动作。其中,包括检查送线能否平顺;检查送出的线体能否遭到挤压而变形;检查送出的线体能否为直线,并与后导线板座对中。⑤适度旋紧前、后直线座上直线培林调整螺丝,并锁紧调整固定螺母。

第二步,弹簧机校线时发作左右偏移操作。

①假如送出线体的线向发作左偏移,在操作中我们应该放松左侧的调整螺丝,然后恰当旋紧右侧的调整螺丝,从而使送出线体为直线。②假如送出线体的线向发作右偏移,在操作中我们应该放松右侧的调整螺丝,然后恰当旋紧左侧调整螺丝,从而使送出线体为直线。
(1) If the line of the feeder is shifted to the left, we should loosen the adjusting screw on the left side and tighten the adjusting screw on the right side properly in order to make the feeder straight. (2) If the line of the feeder is shifted to the right, we should loosen the adjusting screw on the right side and tighten the adjusting screw on the left side properly in order to make the feeder straight.
第三步,弹簧机校线时发作上下偏移操作。

The third step is to offset the spring machine up and down when aligning the line.
①假如送出线体的线向发作上偏移,在操作中我们应该放松上方的调整螺丝,然后恰当旋紧下方的调整螺丝,从而使送出的线体为直线。②假如送出线体的线向发作下偏移,在操作中我们应该放松下方的调整螺丝,然后恰当旋紧上方的调整螺丝,从而使送出的线体为直线。
(1) If the line of the feeding wire body shifts to the onset, we should loosen the adjusting screw above and tighten the adjusting screw below properly in the operation, so that the feeding wire body is straight line. (2) If the line of the feeding wire body shifts downwards, we should loosen the adjusting screw below and tighten the adjusting screw above properly in the operation, so that the feeding wire body is straight line.
此外,假如弹簧机送出线体的线向呈S形,主要缘由是由直线培林调整过当,招致了送线过度弯曲,从而使线体产生变形。因而,我们需求检查线材、直线座上能否有异物阻碍送线,检查直线培林能否变形,检查前、后直线座上直线培林能否将线体过火扭曲。值得留意的是,当送出的线体有变形或送线发作异常时,请立刻中止送线并且停止检查,以避免送出线体刮伤轴芯、送线轮和直线培林等构件。
