一、 开机前必需先转入手轮,检查运转能否正常。

金属维护层品种很多,就弹簧而言,普通是用电镀金办法以取得金属维护层。电镀维护层不但能够维护不受腐蚀,同时能改善弹簧的外观。有些电镀金属还能改善弹簧的工作性能,例如进步外表硬度,增加抗磨损力,进步热稳定性,避免射线腐蚀等。但假如单纯为了弹簧的腐蚀,普通应选用电镀锌层与电镀镉层。而镀锌层后经钝化处置,可进步镀层的维护性能和增加外表美观。还有为了进步镉镀层的防蚀性能,可在镀后停止钝化处置。

不锈钢弹簧和铜线弹簧自身就具有一定防腐才能,所以普通不停止防腐处置。氧化处置的办法有:碱性氧化法、无碱性氧化法和电解氧化法。以采用碱性氧化法为多。
