提高压簧弹簧质量方式有哪些?

①低温碳氮共渗的方法

采用回火与低温碳氮共渗相结合的技术,可以有效地提升压缩弹簧(电脑压簧机)的疲劳系数和耐腐蚀性,因而此项技术多被应用于卷簧中。

②弹簧等温淬火的方法

直径较小或透性满足的弹簧产品可采用等温淬火的方法,其仅能削减变形,而且还能提升行进强耐性。在等温淬火后佳再进行一次回火处理,可增强弹性极限,回火温度与等温淬火温度保持一致。

压缩弹簧在长期外力作用下进行作业,应力松懈会使弹簧发生微量的塑性变形,尤其是在高温作业下的压缩弹簧,会导致弹簧的精度下降,因而会影响其工作性能。压缩弹簧在进行淬火和回火后可以进行松懈处理:对弹簧预先加载荷,使其变形量跨越弹簧在作业时能够发后的变形量。然后在高于常温20℃的条件下加热,好再进行8-24h的保温处理。
