凸轮带转线万能弹簧机的使用特性

①本机由五轴组成,即凸轮一轴、送线一轴、转芯一轴、转线一轴和卷曲一轴。

②本机采用凸轮传动8组八架,由一个伺服电机带动8个曲臂,凸轮可360度旋转,定点精准,但调机时间较长,对调机技术要求较高。

④本机采用齿轮传动转线功能,可720度任意旋转,比传统同步皮带经久耐用,不用电机电线会断裂,精度高且利于清洁保养。转线功能在调试弹簧机过程中可以360度旋转,且能在任意凸轮位置下刀。调线采用两段调线装置,一段为转盘调线,第二段为用横竖垂直两组轴滑动调线,线向控制稳定,转线角度精确。
