弹簧机的发展能解决哪些弹簧的生产问题?

1)变弹簧外径、变节距和变钢丝直径(三变)悬架弹簧完成了无模塑性加工。不断采用锥形钢棒在数控车床上卷绕加工,但废品率和价钱均不理想。现改为加热状态下经过卷簧机,控制轧辊速度和拉拔力,取得所需求的锥体外形,并用加工余热停止淬火。
1) Variable spring outer diameter, variable pitch and variable steel wire diameter (three-variable) suspension spring has completed the Moldless plastic processing. Continuous use of tapered steel bar in CNC lathe winding processing, but the scrap rate and price are not ideal. Now, the required cone shape can be obtained by controlling the speed and drawing force of the roll through the coiling spring machine in the heating state, and quenching can be stopped with the processing waste heat.
2)中空稳定弹簧杆采用低碳硼钢板卷制焊接成形。
2) Hollow stable spring rod is rolled and welded by low carbon boron steel plate.
3)扭杆采用高纯度的45钢,经高频淬火取得外表的高硬度和较大的剩余紧缩应力,从而进步疲倦寿命和抗松弛才能。
3) The torsion bar is made of 45 steel of high purity, which is quenched by high frequency to obtain high hardness and large residual compressive stress, thus improving fatigue life and anti-relaxation ability.
4)电子产品普遍应用的片弹簧根本上采用冲压和自动弯曲加工成形。目前主要是开展复合资料的接合技术。

(1)弹簧的冷成形工艺
(1) Cold Forming Technology of Spring
1)冷成形工艺一次性自动化才能。冷成形机目前已开展到12爪。在(0.3~14)mm范围内的钢丝,根本上在8爪成形机能一次成形。目前成形工艺设备的开展方向:①进步成形速度,主要开展趋向是进步设备的成形速度,即消费效率;②经过进步设备零件的精细性和强化热处置效果来进步设备耐久性;③增加长度传感器和激光测距仪,给CNC成形机停止自动闭环控制制造过程。
1) One-time automation ability of cold forming process. The cold forming machine has been developed to 12 claws. The steel wire in the range of (0.3-14) mm is basically formed in one time by 8-claw forming machine. At present, the development direction of forming process equipment is: 1) improving the forming speed of equipment, i.e. consumption efficiency; 2) improving the durability of equipment by improving the fineness of equipment parts and strengthening the heat treatment effect; 3) increasing length sensors and laser rangefinders to stop the automatic closed-loop control of manufacturing process for CNC forming machine.

2)冷成形工艺范围才能。目前大线径弹簧卷簧机,大规格可达 20mm, =2000MPa,旋绕比5。变径或等径料Minic-Block弹簧和偏心弹簧的冷成形工艺还是有局限性。
2) Cold forming process range. At present, the maximum size of large diameter spring coiler can reach 20mm, = 2000MPa, and the winding ratio is 5. The cold forming process of Minic-Block spring and eccentric spring with variable or equal diameter material still has limitations.
(2)弹簧的热成形工艺
(2) Hot Forming Technology of Spring
1)热成形工艺速度才能。目前我国在 (9~25)mm规格上的成形仅有CNC2轴热卷簧机,大速度每分钟17件。与兴旺国度相比之下差距较大。
1) The speed of hot forming process is high. At present, only CNC2 axis hot coiling spring machine has been formed on (9-25) mm specifications in China, with a maximum speed of 17 pieces per minute. Compared with the prosperous countries, there is a big gap.
2)大弹簧热成形工艺控制才能。由于仅有CNC2轴热卷簧机,因而外形控制少三个方向作用,精度差;而且都无自动棒料旋转控制和调整机构,所以热卷弹簧成形工艺程度和才能较低。因此弹簧的精度程度和外表氧化脱碳程度也较低。
2) Control ability of hot forming process for large spring. Because there is only CNC2 axis hot coil spring machine, the shape control has less three directional functions and the accuracy is poor; moreover, there is no automatic bar rotation control and adjustment mechanism, so the degree and ability of hot coil spring forming process is low. Therefore, the accuracy and oxidation decarbonization degree of the spring are also low.
