电脑卷簧机的正常的工作原理

在弹簧材料弯曲成圈的过程中,钢丝会接触到节距块的斜面。当卷簧机的变距机构使节距块沿着弹簧卷绕成形的轴线方向移动,就制成了螺旋压缩弹簧的节距。卷制螺旋压缩弹簧并头(支承圈)或螺旋拉伸弹簧时,节距块退向后面,卷簧时,后一圈簧圈靠着己卷好的前一卷而成形。当一只弹簧卷制好后,送料机构停止送料,切刀控制机迫使切刀将弹簧切断。如此往复运转就实现了弹簧的自动成形。

从卷簧机的工作原理可以看出:单顶杆卷簧机的优点是仅需调整一支曲线规,在调换弹簧品种时所费的机床调整时间少,并且能卷制较高的初应力的螺旋拉伸弹簧,在左右旋弹簧调换时更显得方便;双顶杆卷簧机的优点是心轴不再成为成形簧圈的一个摩擦点,只是起到切断钢丝时辅助的作用,所以在生产不同直径的弹簧时,不必再频繁调换心轴。另外,双顶杆卷簧机三个摩擦点对应的圆心角也比单顶杆的大,因此,卷旋绕比较大的弹簧时较为方便,稳定。但双顶杆卷簧机在左右旋弹簧调换时都很麻烦,需要改装整个外径变更机构。
