弹簧机的正常工作的流程

一、校直机构:校直机构的位置在料架与送料滚轮之间,它由两组校直滚轮组成,校直系统的目的是消除钢丝原有的弯曲变形,经校直后,能挺直的进入成形的机械,以便提高卷簧的精度。

二、送料机构:送料机构是靠一对或两对送料轮压紧钢丝,以送料轮的旋转带动钢丝直线前进的装置。采用扇形不完全齿轮传动送料轮轴上的齿轮来完成,上、下滚轮的转速相同,但旋转方向相反。送料轮旋转一周,送料长度就是送料轮的周长,弹簧的展开长度可由送料轮的旋转圈数决定,扇形不完全齿轮的齿数是控制送料轮的旋转圈数。

三、变径机构:变径机构是指卷绕弹簧时,弹簧外径的控制机构,它是由两个顶杆和驱动顶杆的变径凸轮组成。

四、节距变更机构:节距变更机构是控制弹簧节距的机构,本机有2种机构:

(1)由一把节距刀和变距凸轮组成。变剧凸轮是控制弹簧的有效圈数,节距刀下面螺栓调节弹簧高度;

(2)由凸轮传动连杆,使节距刀从机器里面推出,更好的估大节距的弹簧。

五、切断机构:切断机构是卷绕成形后,切断钢丝是弹簧落下的后一个加工动作,切断时通过刀和芯来完成。
